How to avoid liquidation

There is some tips you can follow to avoid liquidation and make your position safe:

Monitor your Risk Ratio: The Risk Ratio and the bars in your dashboard shows how close you are to the potential liquidation. Closer to 100%, the risk of liquidation is greater. when it is equal to 100%, position will get liquidated.

Add collateral: If you see your risk ratio is getting higher, you can add more collateral to make equity value higher percentage in the total position value (reduce the debt ratio). You can add collateral to your active position at any time.

Farm Stable assets: if you farm the stablecoins and borrow stable asset, the liquidation become more unlikely.The price volatility of stablecoins is relatively much smaller, and high market cap assets like BTCB is safer than new low-cap tokens.
